By creating an account or using Flickaid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Flickaid is an AI-powered UGC video ad generation platform. Subscribers receive a monthly credit allocation used to generate AI video ads, images, and scripts. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in USD. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Credits

Credits are granted monthly based on your plan. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Flickaid to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI-Generated Content Ownership

You own the output content generated using your account, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (OpenAI, fal.ai). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and platform policies where you publish it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flickaid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from errors. AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flickaid's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

You may not upload or use any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party. Flickaid will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be terminated. To submit a copyright infringement notice, see our DMCA Takedown Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
