Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe to Flickaid, you receive immediate access to credits and the platform. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to your plan and credits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

3. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge)
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation
  • A technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours

To request an exception refund, email flickaid.support@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your order ID and a description of the issue.

4. Credits

Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once granted. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are not carried over or compensated.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest fraudulent chargebacks.
