1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your email address, workspace name, and product information you upload. We also collect usage data such as renders generated, credits consumed, and session activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Flickaid platform, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, alerts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Authentication

Authentication is handled by Clerk (clerk.com). When you sign in, Clerk processes your email address and session data under their own privacy policy. We receive a verified user identifier from Clerk but do not store your password.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card number or banking details. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. AI-Generated Content

Product images, descriptions, and prompts you provide are sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, fal.ai) to generate content. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. Data Storage

Your media files (product images, generated videos) are stored in Supabase Storage. Account and subscription data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. All data is stored on servers located in the United States.

7. Cookies

We use browser localStorage to store your workspace session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated media files are retained for 90 days after account cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
